A Beautiful Venue
Here we show a barn renovation project we completed for your neighbors in the Keysville area. The barn sits 1.2 miles off the main road on a 340-acre farm surrounded by woods, creeks, lakes and pastures. There is an abundance of wildlife on the farm as well as many friendly farm animals who love lots of attention! This project combined our experience as both a home builder and remodeler to bring the most spectacular venue you can have for your special events. A Wonderful Entrance
We arrive to a covered entry with balcony above from second floor. The sliding barn doors and shutters immediately sets the cosmetic appeal for the front.
Plenty of Outside Space
The side patio with exposed heavy timber rafters and posts makes for a great sitting area.
Lots of Fresh Air Space
The side of the barn has a huge covered patio with exposed heavy timber rafters and posts. This is a great area to have quests get fresh air and sit by the massive natural stone fireplace.
The grand covered entry door with side lights and transom above make a great focal point.
Upon entering the venue, you immediately see the 16' tall by 112' long main area with heavy timber trusses built on site. There is a stage area on the rear for bands or entertainment.
Rustic heavy timber posts and trusses blend in perfectly with the natural stone fireplace and expose wood ceilings.
Commercial style duct work for the heating and cooling system make for a very comfortable place.
Off to the right you will see the double fireplace. Two stone columns help support the massive mantel.
One of our specialties is being a Kitchen Remodeler. Here we used our expertise to create the room with double ovens and custom cabinets make for the perfect place to prepare any of your meals.
A commercial style refrigerator allows for plenty of room for food or drinks. The rolling island is great for preparing food or drinks.
Another of our specialties is being a Bathroom Remodeler. The men’s room has a double vanity and the women’s room has a triple vanity. Both come with a handicap accessible sink, custom built cabinets and granite tops.
Rustic style bathroom stalls blend nicely with the rest of the barn.
The bridal room for the brides maids and bride has a makeup area, sitting room, and bathroom makes for a perfect place to relax.
LVP flooring was the perfect choice for this floor application. It blends in very well with all the other natural wood.
The bar area that looks like another building inside. The live edge wooden bar top gives plenty of room for serving.
Notice the second floor area with the custom balcony railing.
This balcony is the perfect place to overlook everyone.
