We wanted to build a quiet, well insulated, energy efficient home and that is exactly what Justin gave us. We had designed our own house plans and Justin worked patiently with us over several months to refine our plans until we had a design that fit both our energy efficiency requirements as well as our budget.
Justin was the only builder that we interviewed that had the equipment and certification to conduct a blower door test to confirm the air tightness of the house, which is crucial for an energy efficient home. The subcontractors Justin employed were very easy to work with and did very good work.
