A Beautiful Entrance
Welcome to our New Home Build for your neighbors in the Lunenburg area. Come on in to take a tour starting with the grand front entry! It has a fiberglass door with gel stain applied to look like real wood. Fiber cement siding was installed and painted. Then we added wide trim around the windows to help with proportions. Stamped concrete was used on the front porch area. Come read our story to appreciate why we are known as a leading Builder and Home Remodeler too.
A Scenic Back
AZEK Composite decking and railing are perfect for a maintenance free living. The steps lead to the firepit and patio areas. From front to back, we created a beautiful home for our customers. Now let us go inside.
Plenty of Space
A wide-open great room with cathedral ceilings makes for great relaxation. There is a custom built-in entertainment center beside the gas fireplace with a 100+ year old pine mantle.
Open Floor Plan
The kitchen flows from the great room to form one large exposed space. The large clear windows allow for plenty of natural light which creates an even greater open feel.
One of our specialties is being a Kitchen Remodeler. Here we used our expertise to create this room complete with a commercial style gas cooktop with granite counter tops. The large picture window with prairie style grills continues with the creation of an open feel. The granite backsplash raises higher behind the cooktop to the window seal.
Look how beautiful the custom painted maple cabinets are, combined with a huge oak island with built-in bare seating.
We built a game room in basement with 2'x2' acoustical ceilings. LVP flooring is though out the basement. Superior Walls were used for the basement walls. The basement bathroom has a fiberglass shower base, tile walls and a glass shower door. It looks classy with the custom stained maple cabinets and granite tops. We continue with the vanity mirror frame to match the cabinets. And it is completed with a Toto toilet with built-in bidet and heated seat!
We installed a retaining wall to form the walkout basement. DEKdrain was installed in the deck above to keep the patio area dry. The risers on the steps are lighted with LED lights. The gas fire pit built out of the same blocks used in the retaining walls. Stamped concrete forms the seating area around the firepit. All posts and frame work are covered in PVC material.
